Precision Cutting for Mild Steel: UC Series high precision plasma systems offer the highest degree of precision available for mild steel today. When used with the XTremeLife™ or Ultra-Cool™ consumables, you can maintain the highest cut performance and the longest part life.
Precision Cutting for Aluminum & Stainless Steel: Water Mist Secondary offers the best plasma cut quality possible on stainless and aluminum. It is a low cost solution, as well. By using N2/H20 instead of H35/N2 gas, the expense of gas is reduced, cut speed is increased, and distortion and the heat-affected zone are minimized. The result is a clean, dross-free and nitrate-free cut surface that's ready to weld, form and paint.
Integrated Controller: A state-of-the-art Integrated Controller offers high precision cutting performance, as well as exceptional ease of use. A high precision UC Series Auto Gas plasma system uses the iCNC systems and an integrated precision Torch Height Control to provide a single controller point for all plasma and motion parameters.
Diameter Pro®: A Thermal Dynamics® integrated plasma system delivers the dynamic real-time process control required to make quality cuts consistently. Diameter PRO™ is the ideal process when you're cutting holes in mild steel from a 1:1 or greater diameter to thickness ratio on 10 gauge (3 mm) to 1" (25 mm).
Diameter PRO combines simplicity with advanced iCNC Performance® controller intelligence to allow cutting "optimized" holes automatically, with the click of a button.
Plasma Marking: UC Series systems are capable of plasma marking on mild steel and non-ferrous materials. In order to get solid markings, argon is used to produce a clean, clear line, which is easy to read and will remain visible indefinitely.
Robotics and Beveling: Smaller, lighter and with optimized consumable parts, the XTR Robotic Torch installs easily to a robot without any loss of accuracy or performance. This torch is designed with built-in torch leads that offer reduced weight, flexibility and robustness, which makes it extremely durable in repeated articulated motions. Both the consumable parts and torch body are engineered to precisely lock into place for absolute alignment, and to remain perfectly positioned cut after cut.
Air Plasma: Auto-Cut XT systems are excellent, cost-effective machines for cutting gauge material up to 2" plates and are available in 200 & 300 Amp packages. The systems are built for the toughest environments and designed to run at a low cost of operation. Auto-Cut XT power supplies can also be run with a variety of plasma gases, such as air for mild steel. The A-Series family (A40, A60, A80 and A120) also offers excellent cut quality in a lightweight, economical package featuring a premium single gas, air plasma torch.

XTremeLife consumables are made to fit the precision XT-Torch. The XT-Torch makes changing cartridges fast and easy—a couple of twists and the unique retaining collar threads release the cartridge. And unlike other torches, no tools are required to change either the torch consumables or major components in the torch head. Downtime is reduced to seconds and you change from one process to another or from one application to another quickly and easily.
